The ALL INDIA STATION MASTERS' ASSOCIATION, Delhi, (Regd. No. NDD/09) popularly known as AISMA has entered into 57 years of age (1953 - 2010) with more strength in number and mind amidst various ups and downs, yet keeping the democratic value as an instrument to tackle the problem pertaining to the STATION MASTERS. This is a Railway Trade Union working for the welfare of Railway Employees, particularly 35,770 Assistant Station Masters (ASMs), Station Masters (SMs), Station Managers (SMRs) and Transportation Inspectors (TIs).

In the path of his predecessors, the 18^th Secretary General Com. U. JOHN VINCENT KUMAR (SR) and his 43^rd Executive Committee Members under the teams legend the Central President Com. P.K.DAS (CR) are striving hard for the betterment of the Station Masters. Let's extend our fullest support and cooperation to them, in achieving the goal.

YES! the action MASS RALLY on 14^th July 2010 from NDLS Railway Station to Parliament followed by 48 Hours Hunger Fast - more than 2,000 STATION MASTERS in Whites walked in the scorching sun and commenced the Fast. 16 Valiant Comrades along with our Central President Com.P.K. DAS gave life for 35,770 SMs. We Salute thee. Our Journey of struggle will continue, till WE ACHIEVE.
