departmental traffic apprentices are clubbed in 5500 scale in 2006 and after. But in 6th pay commission they are awarded with pay baND OF 4200 ALONG WITH THE JUNIORS HAVING 5000 scale. I doubt whether trafic apprentices are promoted or demoted? Is there any progress in their pay fixation?

It is a wonder. Everybody is giving mailID when we meet. But comparatively there is almost no visitor to our own website. I think SMs are having a opinion that everything shall be discussed in meetings only. There are lot of things, both service and social life matters, to discuss, share and forward with others. 6th pay commission is virtually a blunder, neither the chairman, nor the members heard or went through the problems undergoing by SM feternity and now MACP even this too spoiled even more not giving anything to the seniors, who has put in 20-25 years of service, by toiling day and night, drenching and draining in adverse whether, can we get justice? Authority have nothing to do with our day-to-day life struggle. No clean drinking water, transportation, bad quarters, condition.
How will you survive? Only work like robot. After all we are human being - no body to care.
It creates dissatisfaction.
