 Decisions of the Central Council held at NGP on 22nd & 23rd April 2011

  • 26th June 2011 Membership -2011 Drive  to be completed (only the Membership book with the new Registration No: NDD/09 should be used) Consent letter to be collected from individual Station Masters to go on STRIKE, in the format supplied by the CEC and sent to COS.
  • 21st July 2011 24 Hour HUNGER FAST before all DRMs office and all the Duty SMs to observe fast on DUTY  duly wearing the Badges.
  • All GS/DS to send a memorandum to Prime Minister and a memorandum to DRM duly highlighting the local problems.
  • 8th September 2011 -   DIRECT ACTION
  • The next CEC Meeting  will be held at MAS (SR) in the last week of July.
  • Within this period, every Zone and Division  have to convene  its special convention and discuss the  mode of action. Every effort should be made to meet all the ASMs/SMs/TIs at least twice and convince the need and  necessity of the DIRECT ACTION.
  • The Divisions which have not remitted the action quota of Rs.2500 have to remit the same without fail immediately and a Zonal quota of Rs.5000 was fixed for this Action.
  • Each Central Office bearers will be the observers of a Zone nominated to him  and monitor the functioning  with  regard to membership drive and  the preparation   for the DIRECT ACTION.
