CEC NOTICE
Our Next Central Executive Committee Meeting will be held at Bhubaneswar (BBS) on 28th June 2009(Instead of 14/06/09 as advised earlier), the SUNDAY, from 1000 Hrs to Late Night to chalk out the future course of action and Programmes.
Venue: Yatri Niwas (Just 1 KM from PF 4 of BBS station)

1. Welcome Address 2. Presidential Address
3. Secretary- General Report 4. Central Secretary-Finance Report
5. Report by General Secretaries, 6. Discussion on SG & CSF reports
7. Organisational Hour (Membership Drive, Future Course of Action/Strategies, Strengthening the low profile Zones and any other subject permitted by President) and
8. Vote of Thanks
All the General Secretaries are requested to bring their written report of their Zone along with the Membership list for the year 2009 and as well the Plan of Action for pending Demands. Please remit the Membership Quota and Special Fund of Rs. 500/- per SM as well the Running Allowance Case Fund. Please come prepared to have a night stay or plan your departure after 2300 hrs.
