The CEC Meeting will be held at Nagpur (NGP) of CR on 19th & 20th Feb 2010 at 10.00 Hrs.

8.    CSF’s Report and consolidated 2009 a/c statement.

9.    Discussion on the SG and CSF reports

10.  Organisational Hour

        a.    ~Discussion on strengthening of Organization

        b.    ~Ratification of decisions arrived in the prelude meeting      

11.  Resolutions

12.  Vote of Thanks by DS/NGP/CR

 

        However to discuss the important issues such as  Increasing  the Membership, Pending RB issues, future course of action, Running Allowance Case etc., All the CEC Members and all General Secretaries must  attend  the prelude meeting in camera from 14.00 hrs  on 19th Feb 2010  the decisions  arrived will be ratified in the  regular CECM on 20/02/2010
