ENLIGHTENING ERA-November and December 2011

Communications network is very important  for an effective interaction and for action programmes. With the increasing need for networking among Members, communication will increase an  importance aspect  in the trade union organization.

Exercise: In this two months period – Complete the Communication list.

Ø  The Branch Secretary has to prepare a communication list of his Branch executives and list of all SMs of his Branch with complete list of Station and its  details.

Ø  The Divisional Secretary to keep a communication list of his Divisional, Branch Executives and as well activists of his Division totaling to 100.

Ø  The Zonal Secretary to keep a communication list of his Zonal and Divisional Executives, including  the Zonal Council members.

Ø  The Secretary General  / COS to keep a communication list of  his Central / Zonal  Executives and  the Central Council Members.

The Central Office Bearers and the Chairmen Action  Committee has to have a close  watch over this vital Excercise. 

(The list should consist - the Mobile No; Station contact Number along  with an alternative family Mobile or Landline number {for Emergency use}; email id; full postal address with pin code; Date of Birth; Date of Wedding - for social reason ie for Greetings etc., and Date of Appointment)
