Dear Station Master Commrades
I am immensely grateful to AISMA commrades for reposing faith and elevating me to Secretary, Finance. This is a crown full of thorns, but I am one who never shys away from responsibilities and challenges. Yes, indeed it is a challenge to guide our AISMA financially through this turbulent period.
I didn't have enough time to go deep into the record books. I will be assuming charge only after 31st Dec.2010 letting the present incumbent Mr. S.Sagar to update and complete the accounts of this financial year. Mr. S. Sagar has done a commendable job and has set high standards. I shall strive my best to live upto his legacy, but in my own way because I believe - IF YOU CONTINUE TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS DONE, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO GET WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN.
So, I have set three immediate goals
- Our outstanding dues of publication department from commrades is to the tune of Rs. 2 lakhs 50 thousand. An organisation like ours can't afford the same. My first priority is to collect this outstanding dues.
- To make accounting more transparent and systematic I have decided to issue receipt on financial year basis. I have taken the permission of the house after assuming charge at Agra on 23rd Oct. on this matter. For this I request all our commrades to return back all receipt books by 31st Dec. 2010 and get receipt book of 2011 issue.
- To implement these suggestions made by our commrade and visionary RAMANI that diary and calenders should be made against payment only, to curtail outstanding dues.
COMMRADES LETS STRIVE TOGETHER HAND IN HAND FOR A BETTER TOMORROW. Anticipating your whole hearted co-operation in making AISMA financially sound.
