The Central Executive Committee Meeting held at BZA on 18.03.2008, decided to conduct a Divisional Demonistration, before all DRMs Office to press the Twin Cnetral Demands viz: 1) Posting of Additional SMs 2) Minimum Starting pay Rs.6500 for SMs.
Now the CPC has submitted its report to Finance Ministry and its is disheartening that we have been deprived of and specially the SMs in Grade 4500-7000 are placed in Pay Band-1, and many of our demands for Allowance are not complied with and moreover the Chairman and its Members seems to be failed in appliying their mind over the demands of the vital category STATION MASTERS. Its time to prove our might. As such the Secretary General made an appeal to all cardre men to strengthen the Divisional Demonistration more impressive and send a signal to the Government that STATION MASTERS will not rest till their demands are met.
All the Divisional Secretaries are requested to conduct Man-to-Man contact Programmes, Bring out Posters, Phamplets etc and a vide coverage through Media to be given. A memorandum to be prepared incorporating the Divisional Demands too.
Model of the Police Permission Letter and Memorandum will be appended with this for reference.
Ensure maximum participation on 22.04.2008 and mind that its an acid test for the Direct Action.
