Dear Comrades !

Our beloved Secretary General Com.P.K.DAS  has decided  to submit a detailed Memorandum to Minister of Railways  and all concerned. Also he wants the entire carder to get involved in this protest process with  a simple action of "Post Card Campaign", which will be sent a  stern warning to  the administration and to chuck a signal about the  discontentment  to Govt /Administration, a prelude for the Direct Action.

The Post Cards to reach on or before 15th April 08 to NDLS.

Our Divisional Dharna on 22nd April before DRMs office  will lift the curtains for the Direct Action.

Sir,

ASMs have been degenerated to Pay Band-1 with grade pay 2800 by grouping along with all group D employees, whom they supervise. We, Station Masters, the guiding beacon to write the Railways success story highly agitated. Need your immediate intervention. Upgrade ASM pay duly merging with the  PB-2, with Grade pay 4200  for maintaining industrial harmony.
