Based on our letter to RB  Demanding  NDA and NHA  for the SMs in Grade pay of Rs.4800 and above,  the Railway Board vide order No: E(P&A)II-2008/HW-2, RBE No:14/2010, dated 18.01.2010, Rate of Night Duty Allowance  that all non-gazetted staff with the grade pay of Rs.4600/- & above would  also be eligible for Night Duty Allowance at the rate  prescribed against Grade Pay 4600/-.

and

Nation Holiday Allowance   vide No:E(P&A)I-2008/HL/2 RBE No:13/2010, datd 18.01.2010, Pay in the pay band+Grade pay as per VI CPC pay structure Rs.9701- and  above (limited to non-gazetted staff) Revised rate of NHA = Rs.280/-

RB orders being released based on our representations and mention the same as reference in their orders is a great thing which has 2 b commended.Point cleaning & NDA/NH orders are examples of it.AISMA ZINDABAD..poov,SM/ABU/MASdn.

RB seems it is best to give a single comprehensive order based on AISMA representation than to give replies to unending clarifications.
