FRIENDS,As per RlyBd's order we are a category to be transfer ed every four years.If after the term Rly is bound to give all the transfer privileges,whether we are given a station of our choice or of administration's choice.Earlier transfer orders Palghat Division included all the three category ie.Request tranfers,Transfer at choice and administrative transfers.But this year sms who have completed the full term and above are transfered to station of individual's choice but treating it as a request transfer,denying joining time and other transfer privileges.aisma would have objected at the release of the order itself.Sri. Murali sm ULLAL station of PALGHAT Division has been
awarded a penalty treating the joining period he availed as absence.
