It is a paradox that when the Station Masters are struggling hard due to stress and strain to cope up with the heavy work load and thinking various means to get the RB orders of 2002 on posting of Additional SMs implemented, the Railway Administration in PGT is trying all crooks to retain the posts of Cashiers and their paraphernalia and to pay honararium to them. The latest is the PLB cash payment in PGT Division done by thwarting the RB orders regarding all payments thro' bank account of the Staff when most other Divisions did the ECS method. When will they stop appeasing the money mongering unions? What action will the top management take for such criminal wastage overlooking the RB orders? What moral right do the PGT Division Authorities have to insist the few remaining Staff also to open bank account and get salary credited in it? SHAME SHAME!
