I think that the calculation table given for the 6500 grade for SMs doesnot match with the
recommendations of the PC. PC has said that the posts of Dy.SS(6500-10500) and SS (7450-11500)
stand merged for SMs. So while calculating the new pay the grade pay should be 4600 in this
case and not the present 4200 as for other categories.So SMs in 6500 grade must get the grade pay of 4600.
