MINUTES OF THE CONCILIATORY PROCEEDINGS HELD AT NDLS ON 26.09.2011 @ 11.30 Hrs. (The 1st Con.Meeting held on 26.08.2011)


The meeting commenced at 11.45 hours and Sri. B.K. SANWARIYA Dy.CLC (C) NDLS, the Conciliatory   Officer presided the proceeding.  (on behalf of Union/Association, Com. M.P. Mishra CVP, U. John Vincent Kumar SG, J.S SHINDE CVP, R.N.Chaturvedi  Jt.SG,&  M. Prakash  and on behalf of  Management  Sri. I.Jayakumar Executive Director/POL, Sri. Hari Krishnan Dy. Director/PC, Sri. Naveen Kumar Dy. Director /E (LR)/I were present)

The Management has submitted its written reply on our 5 demands, which is otherwise an absurd. We raised our voice fiercely and registered our protest.

The prolonged conciliation exclusively on Grade pay reached a conclusion with an assurance and Association registered its conditional acceptance. Finally it was decided to monitor the progress continuously.

Regarding the Victimization, the matter will be taken up with the General Managers and the issue will be settled.

The issue of Safety Allowance and Uniform/Washing Allowance was also discussed and it was concluded that Association is to submit a rejoinder.
 
As far as Rest for Intensive Roster is concerned the administration submitted that issue shall be referred to the HOER Committee.   The Demand of  Uniform Transfer Policy and  Uniform Duty Roster, the management  assured to  expedite  the issue reiterating   to all  the Zonal railways,  since it is  an  implementation issue.

The prolonged conciliatory proceedings concluded with a positive note, duly trusting each other. The   next sitting was slated on 2nd Nov 2011 at NDLS.
