Dear Brother Station Masters,
I am in a bit of confused state as to whether I am to wish or blight you all for this festive Deepawali. However, in General gesture, Convey my special regards and Greetings for your Beloved Family and Friends and you as a fateful SM, observe this festive day as a Black Day.
'Festival of lights' DEEPAWALI - is one of the biggest festivals of INDIA, celebrated with great enthusiasm and happiness. But, for we the STATION MASTERS, it is the Black Diwali. To propagate to the Universe our plight, let us wear Black Badges on 26th October 2011 and instead of mourning let us warm-up for the war - “SMs for IAS” - to be waged in the near future, to achieve our 5 demands.
The Narakasura Vadh the symbolic meaning of Diwali could also be taken to interpret that deprived should not hesitate to punish their ruler when they step in to the wrong path. Let us wait till the completion of the Conciliation. Even after the third party (CLC) interference, if the Ruler fails to deliver the desired results, We will not and should not hesitate with our action for the “SMs for IAS”.
The message of Naraka Chaturdashi Parva is that the good of the society should always prevail over one's own personal bonds. It is interesting to note that the demon Naraka’s death should not be a day of mourning but an occasion to celebrate and rejoice. So, let’s have the celebration of the Festive Diwali, duly conquering our 5 Demands and celebrate with rejoice shortly. Till then let ‘s be ready in the Battle Ground.
The Festival of Light also teaches that Darkness represents ignorance and light is a metaphor for knowledge. Therefore, lighting a lamp symbolizes the destruction, through knowledge, of all negative forces - wickedness, violence, lust, anger, envy, greed, bigotry, fear, injustice, oppression and suffering, etc. Hence, let us start exercising and spread knowledge from this day duly observing these two months, November and December as ENLIGHTENING ERA.
26th October, 2011, the BLACK BADGE wearing, though a symbolic and execution of CEC decision, the sprit and the enthuse is the need of the hour and to make the cadre live and also to presage the Administration that this deprived and fuming cadre will not settle anything short of their 5 Demands.
Keep Going and convey my regards to all your family members and friends on this festival of Light and assure them that we will bring more brightness to them duly achieving our 5 Demands.
Fortunate is the one who has learned to Admire, but not to envy. Good Wishes for a joyous Diwali and a Happy New Year with a plenty of Peace and Prosperity in your family and Profession.
