Failure of rail staff-a faded out phrase for the Railwaymen and those in the field. It would have been better if the article had revealed what is the duty wise failure on the part of the said railway staff and who are they. It would be interesting if the said Commissioner of Railway Safety, North Eastern Circle, Lucknow has specifically mentioned the G&SR violated by the staff. The author of the article is requested to inform whether he has information on these matters even as I thank him for having given us that has come to his knowledge-R.Rajan, EX.CVP/AISMA.
