JUST DO IT on this ONAM!What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us. As is our confidence, so is our capacity. Just do it! HAPPY ONAM.
Today the 8th of Sept 2011, We are supposed to be in the Action, but, due to the unavoidable legal provisions and clauses of ID Act 1947, today we are in great distress. The “SMs for IAS 8/9” has got transformed into “SMs for IAS../..”. This is only an adjustment. There is no change in the action or our determination.
“Best of Onam Wishes - To everyone”! This Vibrant and joyous festival of Onam is celebrated with lot of zeal not only in the state of Kerala, perhaps by all the Malayalam speaking community. Spirit of harmony and brotherhood prevails in the festivity of Onam. Most remarkable feature of this harvest festival is its secular character. People of all caste, communities and religions actively participate with same excitement. This high level of enthusiasm and the grand cultural extravaganza compelled even our programme of Action to have a considering point for the Postponement. With the same Zeal and enthusiasm, we expect our Demands and Actions will be met with.
We have decided to go on a Legitimate STRIKE, under the proviso of The Industrial Disputes Act 1947, in which, the conciliation is mandatory on the part of the Labour Ministry and the same Act, also provides a chance to STRIKE, any day after 7 days of the failure of conciliation. With good faith WE believe, the Administration will deliver the Goods on 26th September 2011, i.e., in the next Conciliation Meeting. If not, the tripartite meeting will be concluding with a failure note and then We may be left with no other option than to STRIKE. So, don’t lose yourself; it can be; perhaps after a gap of 7 days from 26th Sept.2011, ie on or after 4th Oct 2011.
Conciliation is mandatory in ID Act, however, ACTION too can be performed, if we move intelligently the Pawn & Queen and the King can very well be checkmated. It might be risky, it might get into a snag, but we must act more than we think. Forget the “what if’s.” Don’t think about the money you have spent. Be a little stupid and take a lot of action.
“Just do it” - words that are simply powerful. All you need is to “just do it” and you will reach a crucial tipping point in which you will go from saying and planning; to doing and proving.
One of the biggest obstacle is keeping people from not doing, is not recognizing when they’re about to hit their tipping point. If you’ve ever found yourself asking, “is this all there is to life?”, then you are closely approaching your tipping point. The same goes if you feel like you’re about to have a nervous breakdown. Yes, ‘this is all there is to life’. Keep all obstacles aside and just don’t walk, Run Run, keep the cadre alert and be ready for the clarion call in short notice.
You can either succumb to your emotions; or you can stand up, fight, and just go for whatever will make you happy. Once you cross the threshold towards your tipping point, your mind will never be the same and nothing can ever stop you; except yourself. So just run, run, run…………….
Keep in mind-“Just do it” is much easier said than done. And it should be that way. It separates the people who deserve it from those who don’t. So what are you waiting for? Get to it! Close your personal commitments, office commitments and get going! Mind that You are nearing your target, now your energy level should be in the peak.
Our next conciliation is slated on 26th September 2011. Things are still in fluid stage. If we want to freeze these to our favorable shapes, We have to work and over work and certainly you will find the results. Things are on the move in the Hub, The Railway Board. The pressure you create will certainly tremble the Hub. If you keep calm, things also will be calm, if you create force, they too will be forced to deliver the goods.
Just do it. We are genius. And we’ve forgotten that we’re genius. We are powerful. And we’ve forgotten that we’re powerful. And that’s why a few people rule and dictate. With this emphasis, if we heal ourselves, we heal the world, when we change our selves, we change the world, if we love ourselves, we will love the Cadre, it is manifestation of our self.
The STRIKE date of 8th Sept 2011 is just postponed. Mind that, If we don't see the results on 26th September 2011, in the Conciliation to the required shape, We will have to break. Then it is our choice to mould according to our strength and situation. We have to decide a date on or after 4th October (i.e. 7 days after 26th Sept 2011)
I repeatedly, loudly record my voice ‘NOW or NEVER’; JUST DO IT! Now it's your turn. What are you going to Perform, accept, and move forward on?. I simply repeat, just do it.
