The issue of RA case referred before the Industrial Tribunal under ID No. 123 of 2000. The copy of the judgment pronounced by the Tribunal in September,2005 though it was actually disposed on 30.06.2005. The case came to an end after 26 hearings on 20/03/05. The judgment was not in  our favour.  The award was studied thoroughly by our leaders and after consultation with Advocates an appeal was preferred in THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI under CM No.12677/2006 in WP(C) No. 14064/2006 on 08/09/2006. Advocate (s)   :  MR. ROMY CHACKO. The last sitting was held on 17.09.2009 after three hearings held on 13.10.2006, 02.11.2006 & 21.11.2006. The case was restored on 17.09.2009 and posted for final argument on 05.02.2010.  Advocate Sri Romy Chacko was   explained about the duties of a Station Master, duly taking  him to Anand Vihar and Saibabad Railway stations  of Delhi Division to clear his doubts .  Our Advocate has submitted a rejoinder before the Court but the Railways have not  responded. Hence the case was posted to 8th July, 2010. The case is now posted for final hearing on 23/11/2010.

Today   (23/11/2010)  the case was attended by our  Advocate (s)   :  MR. ROMY CHACKO, Com.M. Ramani, and Com.T.Vijayakumar along with other Comrades. Our sincere  THANKS to Com.M. Ramani, and Com.T.Vijayakumar Ex-SGs and the present practicing advocates in CAT/MAS, in pursuing the case in person, inspite of their hectic schedule.

The case was posted to 1st March 2011 and  today  the Railways have filled an additional reply.
