Regarding Victimization there was a dispute over the number of victimized SMs in SWR and the same was corrected before the date of conciliation. Further the reply from GM SWR is awaited on this issue.  Regarding, Victimization in SR, the administration accepted to write a letter to GM/SR and expressed based on the GM/SR reply that the issue was settled. However, we have explained in detail about the MACPS constrict   and financial loss due to break in service. The administration has sought one month time to settle the victimization of SR comrades.

The Railways seems to be trying to avoid with evasive response on the progress of Grade Pay. This Association has vehemently opposed the Administrative ambiguousness and expressed its displeasure over the progress of the conciliatory proceedings and the unrest among the cadre of Station Masters. The right thinking of the Conciliation Officer after understanding our anguish and displeasure forced the Management to expedite the process and fixed a time frame of 2 months for the Grade Pay settlement.

The Association has submitted its written rejoinder on Demand No 3 & 4 (The rejoinder was posted to all concerned on 24.10.2011), which much stress on Safety Allowance and Uniform/Washing Allowance. The management has sought time for examination.

Regarding abolition of Continuous Night duty and Transfer Policy, the orders for reiterating the erstwhile Board Orders is under process.
