Dear Comrades,                                                                                                   25th Feb, 2010

I submit my report for the period 1st Sep to 24th Feb, 2010. After getting elected as Divisional Secretary, my first agenda was to tour the whole division. This was accomplished with great success by the cooperation of one and all.

Then came the formation of Branch Bodies, again with the participation of young Turks of this association in SA, BWT, HUP new office bearers have taken over. It is only the AREA branch which is pending now.

This DEC was entrusted with the responsibility of conducting CEC on 2nd & 3rd of Oct, 2009 which was a grand success in all means.

Then came CEC directive for conducting one day hunger fast at SECUNDRABAD on 1st of Dec, 2009 which was well represented by our division.

In the month of Dec and Jan we were totally involved in the issue of Promotions and MACP. The matter which is yet to be settled to our satisfaction.

This DEC meet APO/DPO/SBC couple of times regarding delay in MACP.

We also submitted two memorandums to DRM/SBC regarding pending demands like promotion, Basic amenities in all stations.

We brought out a pamphlet on delay in promotion and MACP.

The issue of station cleanliness and insufficient impressed cash was taken to the notice of Sr.DOM and we demanded him to outsource cleanliness.

We also demanded to streamline the issue of leave sanctioning and centralize the same and to do away with multiple authorities.

To my ability I strived to keep every member informed about the organizational matters by way of sending regular communiqué by letters.

So for 12 letters have been circulated by this DEC.

We also utilized the SMS services to the optimum. I have sent more than 700 SMSes so far. This is apart from Himalayan service done by our enthusiastic com. GIRIDHAR & RAKESH RANJAN.

Many of our letters have been uploaded in AISMA website.

In every branch at least one meeting was conducted, especially it is worth mentioning the hard work done by comrades in SA, HUP & BWT branches.

DEC requests all the members to come with constructive criticism, and we promise this August house that we will strive still harder to keep up with the responsibly entrusted on us.

If any thing is missing in this report it is not intentional. I thank every one of you for supporting me in my mission.

I remain.
