Dear Comrades!

As decided by the CEC, hereafter 'Samachar', our quarterly magazine, will be despatched under VPP (Value Payable Post) only. This system has been implemented to avoid delay in reaching you in time. Kindly note that the Divisions must bear the postal charges alone and not the cost of 'Samachar'.

DSs must nominate a person to receive and despatch the 'Samachar'. The Nominee's full postal address (pincode is a must) with his/her contact number (mobile number/railway auto phone number) and his/her Email ID, if any, should be sent to the Chairman, Publication Division Com. S. Ponnukumaran at ponnuaisma@yahoo.co.in .

DSs must also send, in advance, the requirements for their Division.

Note: A copy of WTT (Working Time Table) for your Division to be handed over in the next CEC Meeting scheduled to be held at Durg on 25/01/2009.
