 Dear Comrade,

Wishing you a fabulous 2011 with full of great achievements and experiences. Let it be a meaningful chapter waiting to be written - by YOU.  HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Convey my Best  wishes to your Beloved Family members. Let this New Year as well the New decade Bring Prosperity, Health, Wealth and Contentment for you and for your Family.

Fine!  Dear Comrades, As we welcome 2011, the stage is set once more for a new cycle of challenges and opportunities. We’ve got a hectic schedule to win over our 10 point charter of demands.  Never Give Up; Look Ahead; Stay Positive and Do all you can.

Do all you can……and more!  How much will an ant gather during the summer to prepare for the winter? …….all that is possible.  Because, It is important to be realistic. They can’t afford to be complacent to think that the summer will last forever;  they  gather their food for winter  in the middle of summer. They  never quit- they are headed somewhere and when we try to stop them, they will look for another way. They will climb over, climb under, climb around and keep looking for another way. They never quit looking for the way to get where they are supposed to go.

Yes! My dear Brother Station Masters, Stay positive at all times, keep exploring  all means. Don’t be laden by excuses; just go out and do something wonderful to achieve  and gift each other by our act of preparedness.

There is hope for STATION MASTERS. There is a brighter future ahead for us. Victory is, indeed, promised to those who persevere. WE are  destined to succeed. You can trust us, the CEC, to make You succeed and make your dreams come true.

As we demand of the Leadership, honest and inspiring headship, we all should, as STATION MASTERS, play our individual and collective roles to help move our beloved Association forward.

Contribute your mite/might physically and fiscally. Don’t allow excuses to creep in. There may be hurdles in many forms. Mind the ants - to  climb over, climb under, climb around and keep looking for another way, to achieve THE GOAL.

Our programme for this year is to build on the enviable UNITY of our Association and prepare ourselves for the crucial task of winning the 10 point Charter, in order to put in place appropriate programmes to bring back hope and deliver solutions for a brighter future.

Commence the Membership drive for 2011. Let Jan 1st be the Best day to commence and compete for the “Highest Membership” contest. We know that our membership blossoms when we personally reach out to our colleagues; you can be involved at whatever level suits your schedule and interests. Spring into action….and YOUR Division could WIN a fabulous reward.

Stronger individuals build stronger families; stronger families build stronger communities and stronger communities build stronger nations. But dedicated Station Masters build stronger Organisation and Association.

Once again wishing you all a Happy New Year 2011 and a brighter future!
