With the clock striking 12 o'clock on this 31st December We would  start expressing our joy and happiness to welcome the New Year. I convey my New Year wishes not only to you and  your loved ones but to every person to meet on this course of our journey. Let’s Make the New Year wishing a unique and meaningful one.

A New Year is always hoped to bring a new beginning. The beginning of every year brings in new hope and enthusiasm. We look forward to a new beginning and hope things to improve from the last year. We like to forget about our past and its daunting memories and wish for a new start. Hence, New Year is celebrated with pomp and joy by every race around the world.

New Year brings in new promises. Hence, it can’t hurt to plan ahead for our 2012 New Year resolution which will help us make a better person.

New Year's Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It's a time to reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make and resolve to follow through on those changes. Did your New Year resolution/s make this  top  list?

  • Get Organized
  • Help Others
  • Learn Something New
  • Get Out of Debt, Manage Money
  • Enjoy Life, Manage Stress
  • Quit Smoking and/or Drinking
  • Fit in Fitness
  • More Eco-Conscious and Recycle

Start small and pick only few resolutions; out of that Make one  specific resolution, Chart out a plan for achieving it; avoid repeating past failures by setting new habits; Be with the  Positive reinforcement and Make your resolution public.

My dear Brother Station Masters across the country take this time to reflect on the past year and decide what parts of themselves they hope to change and improve for the upcoming year. To embrace 2012, we took a look at the few New Year's Resolutions and offer you tips for how to keep them up, unlike years in the past.

On 8th of Jan 2012, we are assembling at Lucknow and there let us make our resolutions public. Let us resolve to strive to be a real WATCH DOG of this cadre, THE STATION MASTERS. I am sure that  rest all will surely to follow in a platter , viz Grade Pay, Service Conditions, Better Status etc.

Now is the time apt to act. Open up this new year’s eve and tell that every person you come across even if it is a stranger, to spread love, affection and warmth around them, with our resolution and commitment, FOR THIS ORGANISATION TOO.
