6.  Divisional Secretary’s  Report

7.  DSF’s Report and consolidated 2009 a/c statement.

8.  Discussion on the DS and DSF reports

9.  Organizational Hour: Discussion on strengthening of Organization and other issues.

10.              Vote of Thanks Branch Secretary/NED

        All the Branch Secretaries are requested to submit the Membership list of 2009 to Shri.Dilip Kumar Das, Divisional Secretary Finance and requisition for AISMA Diary’2010 to    Shri. Koduri Johnson, Asst.GS/SCR.
