 having gone through the representation to CRB by SG, I am of the opinion that the representation should reach every srtation Master though not as exhaustively. At all levels it should be ensured that the representation everybody so, mthat they have better understanding of the inadequacies of the recommendations. I feel it should be our endevour to make every startion master feel that he deserves better deal and then they will be willing to participate in a big way in our programmes. I wish the new SG every success
